So, now that the Stanley Cup is in full run, everyone wants to know when are the 2025-26 NHL schedules released? If varies a bit every year, but the NHL does a great job at keeping things quiet until closer to the day. Based on past years, we can expect to see the schedules come out between Tuesday, June 23rd and July 5th, 2025.
When are the 2025-26 NHL Schedules Released?
So, if you look at the table below for when are the 2025-26 NHL schedules released, you can see some patterns. The NHL has typically preferred Tuesdays or Thursdays over the past 10 years for putting the skeds out. If they stick to Tuesday this year, then we can look for our schedules on either June 24th or July 1st. Of course, the NHL could do something crazy and release them on a Friday or tomorrow or who knows when too 🙂

When Does the 2025-26 NHL Preseason Schedule get Released?
So, the NHL Preseason schedules typically get released by each team individually. No set timeline really other than they come out after we get to see the regular season schedules.
