Donald Trump Jr. on Tuesday confirmed that a crypto wallet from The Trump Organization is on the way, but distanced the team from a new domain claiming to represent the official rollout. Eric Trump also stated the website was unaffiliated.

The newly discovered domain, first reported by software engineer and crypto researcher Molly White, operates separately from the official Trump meme coin project site, which previously announced the Trump dinner with top crypto holders.

The new landing page is focused on promoting the $TRUMP Wallet, featuring waitlist sign-up, a promise of $1 million in token rewards, a mobile app interface preview, and branding that positions it as the official gateway for managing and trading Trump-themed digital assets.

According to other subpages, the project is officially sponsored by Slingshot Finance, a mobile-first crypto trading platform recently acquired by Magic Eden as part of its strategy to expand beyond NFTs into broader token trading operations. There was no official announcement from either team at press time.

Magic Eden CEO Jack Lu attended the Trump meme coin dinner, alongside the company’s Chief Business Officer Chris Akhavan and Slingshot Finance founder Clinton Bembry.

Magic Eden previously partnered with Trump in March 2024, when the Trump Cards NFT collection migrated to the platform.

The $TRUMP token briefly spiked from $11.30 to nearly $12 on Tuesday following reports of the Trump-branded crypto wallet, per CoinGecko data. However, the rally quickly lost momentum.

At the time of writing, the token was trading at $11.5, still up 3% over the past 24 hours. It previously jumped over 50% on news of the Trump dinner.
