The O-Line is the engine that drives the offense.
The West features some impressive players at the position, big guys who can move defenders out of the way with the nation’s best.
Today, we look at the region’s Top offensive linemen.
[We ranked special teams players, the DBs, LBs, and DLs here.]
1. Spencer Fano, T, Utah

Quite possibly the best offensive tackle in the nation, Fano had a stellar sophomore season for the Utes.
Among the nation’s best in both pass protection and run blocking, he excels at paving the way for the rushers as a run-blocking tackle.
Look for Fano to have another All-American season for the Utes.
2. Iapani Laloulu, C, Oregon

As with the rest of the roster, the Ducks had a ton of turnover on the offensive line in the offseason.
One consistent figure is Laloulu, who enters 2025 as the clear favorite for the Rimington Award given to the nation’s best center each season.
Laloulu has yet to allow a single sack over 720 career pass-blocking snaps. Last season, he allowed just 10 pressures on 498 pass plays.
3. Isaiah World, T, Oregon

One of the newcomers along the line for Oregon, World should slot into the LT spot for the Ducks.
Last season with Nevada, he allowed just one sack in 457 pass blocking snaps.
World could be an All-Big Ten performer at tackle.
4. Caleb Lomu, T, Utah

The Utes are loaded along the line and have a pair of bookends at tackle that could both be First-Rounders.
Lomu had one of the highest pass protection grades in the Big XII last season.
He has everything it takes to get out and pave the way for backs.
5. Kage Casey, T, Boise State

Casey was Boise State’s best pass blocker a season ago.
He helped pave the way for Ashton Jeanty and the Broncos’ school record 3,365 rushing yards as a team in 2024.
In 440 pass-blocking snaps, he did not allow a sack, and as a unit, the team only allowed 1.07 sacks per outing.
6. Emmanuel Pregnon, G, Oregon

Pregnon enters his third program, coming to Oregon from USC after starting at Wyoming.
He has a ton of athletic ability to go along with his size and should develop into a top-notch guard in Eugene.
Pregnon started every game in 2024 for USC, with 882 snaps at left guard, and did not allow a single sack.
7. Tanoa Togiai, G, Utah

There are only a handful of interior linemen nationally that I would rate higher than Togiai.
Pro Football Focus (PFF) agrees.
According to the respected player-rating company, he graded out in the top three in the Big XII as both a run-blocker and pass-blocker in 2024.
8. Jack Walsh, G, Wyoming

Walsh registered 20 pancake blocks during the 2024 season for the Cowboys.
He also did not allow a sack in over 650 snaps
A mainstay in the starting lineup the last two seasons, Walsh has good footwork and can get out and lead the way in pulling situations.
9. Elijah Paige, T, USC

Paige, a powerful blocker, was an Honorable Mention All-Big Ten selection last season and was named to the FWAA Freshman All-American team.
He started all 13 games in 2024.
Remarkably, has only committed three penalties on 814 career snaps.
10. Andrew Madrigal, C, Nevada

Madrigal has started 33 of his 36 appearances along the line for the Wolf Pack, including each of the last 25 at center.
He is a big body in the middle and reads blocking assignments well.
Madrigal is a familiar face to start each offensive set for a Nevada team that will look drastically different in 2025.
11. Mason Randolph, C, Boise State

Injuries limited Randolph’s time in 2024, but a healthy 2025 could produce All-Mountain West accolades.
He has allowed just one sack in his career spanning over 700 passing snaps.
A powerful run blocker, Randolph will help lead the way in the post-Ashton Jeanty era in Boise.
12. Costen Cooley, C, Air Force

Down season or not, the Falcons still managed to run the ball effectively in 2024, especially in the latter half of the season.
Scheme or not, nothing gets done on the ground without the big guys up front, and Cooley will lead the way once again in the middle of that line.
He graded out as the sixth-best run blocker in the nation last season.
