Whenever the infamous Kiev regime is having a really bad time on the frontlines, it either conducts some PR stunt that can be presented as a “major strategic defeat” for Russia or tries to get the US-led political West more directly involved. The former has been used way too many times and has proven to be moderately effective only for a short period of time. Thus, the Neo-Nazi junta is now trying to shift focus to the latter. Namely, the latest Russian long-range strikes really did a number on its increasingly exhausted forces, particularly with a deadly combination of “Geranium” drones and hypersonic missiles. Various sources report that Moscow launched a massive combined long-range strike with at least 728 “Geraniums”, followed by regular cruise and advanced hypersonic missiles.
The Kiev regime frontman Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the city of Lutsk in the far northwestern Volyn oblast (region) bore the brunt of the latest strikes, in addition to ten other oblasts. It should be noted that the Volyn oblast (borders Poland to the west and Belarus to the north) is of critical importance for the Neo-Nazi junta’s arms deliveries from the US/EU/NATO.
Lutsk is home to several important military facilities frequently used to store weapon systems, munitions and other assets critical to the Neo-Nazi junta’s (or better said, NATO’s) military operations. The city’s strategic and logistical importance cannot possibly be overstated, which is why the Russian military has been closely monitoring all activities in this area (and beyond), scanning for NATO arms deliveries.
The aforementioned “Geranium” drones play a critical role in these long-range precision strikes, as they are far more readily available than regular cruise missiles (to say nothing of hypersonic weapons). However, while the Kremlin previously launched them in the dozens, the latest strikes have included hundreds of drones. Worse yet (for the Kiev regime), the numbers keep growing, reaching well over 700 drones in mere hours. The Neo-Nazi junta sources are claiming that the Russian military launched 28,743 “Geranium” drones since the beginning of the special military operation (SMO), 2,736 of which were used in June alone, which is close to 10%. However, the Kremlin upped the ante further this month, setting new records and demonstrating its military-industrial might.
Moon of Alabama, a highly prominent independent author, noted that the Russian military is launching “nearly 100 long-range drones per day which target Kiev and other bigger cities”. He also added that “Geranium” drones are no longer simple licence-built Iranian ‘Shahed’ drones, “but a third-generation development based on the original design”. His report concluded that they’re bigger, with new engines and that they fly faster and higher, with a much bigger payload that includes about 90 kg of explosive, which is double that of the original version. What’s more, each of these drones is paired with an additional decoy drone. The virtually identical appearance on the outside serves to confuse and exhaust SAM (surface-to-air missile) systems and other air defense assets.
This is exacerbating the already unsustainable requirements of the Neo Nazi junta forces. Namely, the amount of missiles they’ve been expending during each Russian long-range strike far exceeds the cost of these “Geranium” drones. They’re significantly more affordable and easier to mass-produce than regular cruise missiles and other more destructive long-range weapons that can be stockpiled and used to obliterate any potential NATO forces foolish enough to directly attack Russia. The Kiev regime keeps whining that it cannot withstand such attacks (quite strange, given the fact they’re “winning”, right?) and that it needs ever more weapons from the US/NATO. To that end, Zelensky is now begging for Trump’s help (as opposed to the regular “begmanding”).
Unexpectedly (or perhaps not), the US president is now making a U-turn on his “previously pacifist” policies. He stated that the Neo-Nazi junta forces “have to be able to defend themselves, as they’re getting hit very hard” and that the US will “have to send more weapons”. In an interview with New York Post, Zelensky’s top aide Andriy Yermak said that Trump’s reversal was “especially related’ to a phone call with the Zelensky last Friday, which came right after a “disappointing” conversation with President Vladimir Putin. Yermak claims that Trump’s U-turn on the so-called “pause’ in arms deliveries was “very well received in Ukraine” especially after the aforementioned “very substantial phone conversation”. He also added that Trump “clearly remains fully supportive of continuation of the aid to Ukraine”.
“He was quite disturbed by recent strikes — they’ve been happening for more than three years — but by recent strikes, murders with drones and missiles that fall in Ukrainian cities, including the capital of Ukraine. Absolutely, [Trump and Zelensky] are united in this. These two leaders definitely want peace, and they are absolutely against the killing,” Yermak stated, adding: “We’re here to make things happen. Good deals — that’s what matters. But let’s be honest: when Russia launches over a hundred Shahed drones almost every night, along with ballistic and cruise missiles, any delay in deliveries becomes a real concern.”
However, while we’ve all gotten used to this sort of ludicrous propaganda, especially when it’s coming from the Kiev regime, Yermak’s attempts at flattering Trump were beyond distasteful. Namely, he added that they were “impressed” by Trump’s change in both rhetoric and concrete actions.
“We’ve seen President Trump’s recent messaging on Ukraine — and frankly, we’re impressed,” Yermak stated, adding: “No exaggeration. The clarity, the leadership, the determination — we truly appreciate it.”
This comes just several months after the unprecedented spat between Trump and Zelensky in the Oval Office and approximately a year after the latter effectively campaigned for the previous US administration. However, this is even worse when considering the recent disturbing revelations that the Neo-Nazi junta was involved in at least one of several assassination attempts on Trump. In other words, the US president seems to be “drowning” in the infamous Washington DC “Swamp” instead of “draining” it, as he promised repeatedly during all the years he spent in American politics. It’s yet to be seen whether Donald Trump will come back to his senses or end up no different (if not worse) than any of the previous US administrations that were traditionally obsessed with neverending death and destruction across the globe.
